Paul Riedlinger designed and built this set of jigs along with two other sets.  Paul  passed them along to Len Leggett with the understanding that he would use them, sign them and pass them along to another deserving builder for use on their project.  I happen to be that lucky, deserving soul.  As part of the deal,  Paul  is owed a ride in any airplane that has it's wings built using one of his jigs.   With pleasure Paul.

The Jigs are beautifully constructed and adjustable.

The Wings arrived at the end of May 2000.  I'm rebuilding the left elevator and then I'll get to work on the wings.

These two boxes are heavy and packed tight with all sorts of goodies.  It took over 2 hours to inventory the contents. The bottom of the larger box has a diagram on it that will be cut out and used as a template when it comes time to align the aileron and flaps.

Here are the engraved fuel caps that I got from Steve Davis (Panel Pilot).  The engraving looks very nice and clean, much better than a sticker around the caps.  I enhanced the lettering temporarily with black felt pen but I will use black crayon to fill in the engraving for a more finished look when I'm done.

Here is the "A" kit for the Proprietary Software Systems angle of attack system.  I want to be able to get into very short strips and I think this tool will help me do that safely.  The "B"  kit has the computer module that makes it all work.

Since my plane will be used for IFR work, I needed a heated Pitot Tube.  I'll be using a pitot kit from Warren Gertz and the AN5814 heated pitot tube with built in static port that I purchased from fellow RV owner Bob Japundza.  I've heard that the 5814 has had airspeed errors when using the built in static port so I will probably also use a remote static port as well to help identify any  errors and provide a backup.
